Title: Not a Hero Series/Pairing: Harry Potter, Draco/Ginny Prompt: "footprints on my heart" Requested by: univers Notes: I'm not sure if this worked or not, but I gave it a good shot, Wendee. ♥ Spoilers for the sixth book.
Not a Hero
Draco knew from the beginning that Harry wouldn't stay with her.
He was too much of the bloody hero. He'd find some noble reason for why they could never be, spouting off some idiotic nonsense about "duty", all the while playing the role of the martyr. It was disgusting to watch, really, moreso because everyone else thought it was so perfect. Draco crossed his arms over his chest and scoffed to himself.
It's not that he cared, mind you. Let the famous Harry Potter do as he wished. Draco would be there in the end and he'd have everything that Potter had so foolishly cast aside.
After all, he was no hero.
The End.
Title: Drift Series/Pairing: Bleach, IchiRuki Prompt: "touchdown" Requested by: numena Notes: Strange use of the theme. (There was a CRACK!alternative to this, just so you know numena. I might write it if I get a chance.)
Drift
Ichigo doesn' t have to leave his window open in order to extend the invitation. Walls cannot keep out a shinigami and he doesn't think twice about locking his door or closing his blinds. It makes no different to Rukia, whose tiny body once fit inside his closet. She drifts through sheet rock and wood and insulation as if there wasn't anything there at all.
There is no place she cannot reach him.
It was a comforting thought and Ichigo put it away, scowling to himself. Rukia's noble ego was big enough as it was. No need to tell her that, no need at all.
The End.
Title: The Kazoo (aka. How Fai Always Gets His Way) Series/Pairing: Tsubasa, KuroFai Prompt: "some lovely crack involving Fai and some sort of instrument" Requested by: crystaltear Notes: FUFUFUFUFUFUFU. ♥
The Kazoo
"Someone take that away from him before I KILL HIM."
Across the room, Syaoran twitched as if he wanted to obey but was incapacitated by the horrible screeches come from the wizard's mouth. Sakura, on the other hand, clapped her hands from her seat on the couch, smiling as if her eardrums weren't about to explode.
"That's wonderful, Fai-san! I never knew you were a musician! What's the instrument called again?"
Fai plucked the horrible torture device from his mouth and grinned enthusiastically. "A kazoo! They make them in all colors and sizes on this world! Look! It can even whistle for me!" A particularly high-pitched noise filled the room. Sakura had the nerve to giggle, Syaoran's eyes were the size of dinner plates, and Kurogane was on his feet, lunging for the mage as he danced out of arm's reach.
"Waa~! Kuro-chi doesn't like music? What a shame!"
"Music?" Kurogane barked, leaning over the sofa to make a grab for the kazoo and missed. "That isn't music, idiot, it's NOISE."
Fai paused, a sly smile curving his lips and a decidedly evil look entering his eyes. "Really? But it's just like the sound you made when I-" The rest of Fai's sentence was cut off as Kurogane slapped his hand over the other man's mouth.
"FINE! JUST TAKE IT OUTSIDE ALREADY."
Kurogane felt Fai smile beneath his palm as he took his hand away, that impish look on his face again.
