Protein Powder
Hi Guys,
I'm finally about to hit the bottom of the 6 lb bag of protein powder I bought a while back (EAS Premium Protein, Vanilla), but I don't think they sell the stuff at Costco anymore. So I'm looking into different brands and trying to figure out what to get.
Do you have any recommendations for protein powders? preferably something low in sugar.
is the Muscle Milk stuff any good? know where I can pick up individual shakes for less than $4 something a pop so I can try out the flavors?
