Relationships with his parents:
Mother: Since there's not been one established in canon, I'm not going to touch this much. Either way, if she's still around and kicking, he loves her very much and probably visits often for lunch and to bring her flowers because he's a big sap about family. Her presence or absence doesn't really affect my overall headcanon for him since he has a very good relationship with her.
Father: He was definitely instilled with a desire to achieve from Senior. His father was particularly strict and overprotective, and it definitely affects how he acts at work or any serious minded atmosphere. If anything, he was pretty intimidated by his father when he was young, and he'd probably still be quite meek in his presence. He hasn't been in touch with his father since he was released from prison. It's like Senior just dropped off the surface of the Earth. Whether or not he's still alive is unknown. Junior spends some of his free time trying to track down what happened, but it usually leads nowhere. Periodically, he gives up trying to find him, but a month or so later, he's guiltily back at it with fervor. He'd like to see his father again because he feels like he's missing a very crucial part of his life by not knowing him, that he would understand himself and parts of his personality better.
General personality:
He's very placid and mellow for the most part. Losing one's self in anger or any other emotion seems counterproductive to him though he will feed off and manipulate his and others' emotions to get his way. He takes his work very seriously and is usually fairly stoic with a dash of condescension in that atmosphere. ENCOM is very important to him, and he wants to achieve for himself and to put credibility back into his family's name after his father's thieving of software.
He's been vegan since his college days. He funnels part of his Christmas bonus from work into a different animal shelter or organization each year. PETA isn't one of those since he finds them too extreme in their methods. Strangely enough, he doesn't have any pets at his apartment and didn't have any growing up other than a goldfish or two. He just has this naturally protective feeling toward animals.
In general, he's fairly polite but often comes off as smug or sarcastic due to his tone or demeanor--something he's just picked up form his father.
Most of his interests revolve around programming and technology. Playing video games, building prototypes, and upgrading his home computer are his free time hobbies. He's greatly interested in pop culture although he probably wouldn't admit it readily. Underneath all the bravado and computer smarts, he's just a gooey center full of nerd and insecurities. He just needs someone to help him crack that shell.
Sexuality:
He is either bisexual or possibly pansexual since he'll sleep with anyone who interests him. Granted, even with any promiscuous actions, he has an tendency to get attached to certain individuals and will commit if it feels right...for a limited time at least. Trust and abandonment issues usually hamper his development of romantic relationship.
