This dataset contains the model trace and corresponding raw token IDs from the behaviour observed in https://cohere.com/blog/concerning-behaviour-popular-open-weight-ai-model

The trace viewer uses a Pi-compatible JSONL export of the original conversation. Its timestamps record export time, and the original system prompt is preserved as a displayed custom message with its original role recorded in metadata. The Parquet contains the original trace and token IDs.

Reproduction

Below we provide a script for reproducing the unexpected behaviour.

Note: The exact output is not guaranteed all the time and many trials may be required to reproduce the behaviour, however as seen below, there are similarily unexpected URLs that the model also tends to output, most containing aliyunc.
