Koloni Connecticut adalah koloni Inggris yang terletak di Amerika Utara. Awalnya dikenal dengan nama Koloni Sungai, koloni ini didirikan pada 3 Maret 1636 sebagai permukiman untuk kongregasi Puritan. Setelah berselisih dengan Belanda, Inggris secara permanen menguasai koloni ini pada akhir tahun 1636. Koloni Connecticut belakangan menjadi tempat meletusnya perang yang berdarah antara Inggris melawan penduduk asli Amerika Serikat dalam Perang Pequot. Koloni ini berperan penting dalam diberlakukannya pemerintahan sendiri di Dunia Baru karena koloni ini menolak menyerahkan otoritas lokal kepada Dominion Inggris Baru; peristiwa ini disebut insiden Piagam Oak yang berlangsung di penginapan dan kedai Jeremy Adams.

Dalam sejarahnya, terdapat dua koloni Inggris lain yang digabung dengan Koloni Connecticut: Koloni Saybrook pada tahun 1644 dan Koloni New Haven pada tahun 1662.
