Layout Help

I really need some help with the layout of my community glossy_graphix. I have a
really cool banner I want to use. I have it fixed where I want, but the
text scrolls over it. How do I fix it so the text scrolls behind it?

Layout: Varitable Flow (free layout)

Content Box Image: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v379/rebel_belle77/pinktopbar.gif

Content Box Display Options: Fixed, no repeat.

If anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks.
