Is this community active? I have housing questions.

I've accepted admission for L&C law school and in my eagerness to move I am looking for apartments and other housing option within biking distance (~3 miles) to the law school. My google-fu is failing me however—it seems that only the fanciest and most expensive of complexes have information online and it's taking forever to plot out distances from the school with the lesser places.

I'm looking for at least a one-bedroom that allows cats.

Any other law students looking for roommates (my boyfriend and I)? We are mature studious individuals with an ancient cat. Any other current students that can give me names of decent apartment complexes close to school? We are looking to move in the beginning of June, 2009.

I also ride and plan on bringing my horse with me to school. Any other equestrians in the community that have good/bad stable recommendations?
