Dawn, Lindsay & Brooke sold our condo in 3 weeks, they came in, did a professional photo shoot of the home, told us what to expect as far as pricing and adjustments down the road if it wasn’t selling. They got everything spot on, we got our asking price in three weeks. After that Lindsay found us a beautiful townhouse at the right price in the right area; she gave us great advice on what to offer and counter offer when required. It was a bit of an awkward sale as it was an estate sale so Lindsay had to deal with lawyer/executor which is not as straight forward as just another realtor but she got it done and we got the home we were looking for. Thank you, Dawn, Lindsay & Brooke Job well done Lance & Anita Lomax

We feel incredibly lucky and blessed to have had Dawn and Brook help us find our dream home. Their dedication, expertise, professionalism, and efficiency truly impressed us. Throughout our home search, we explored a wide area—from Mill Bay to Nanaimo—often 30 to 45 minutes away from their location. Yet, whenever we requested a viewing, they were there without hesitation. Even when we sent a message late at night, sometimes as late as 11 PM, we received a prompt response. Their deep knowledge of the market was evident—they seemed familiar with every house we inquired about and provided valuable insights. Beyond their exceptional service, they also have a trusted team of professionals offering renovation services at reasonable prices, which was an added bonus. We would not hesitate to recommend Dawn and Brook to anyone looking for their dream home on Vancouver Island. You won’t regret it!
