Mark the KB Coach

Strength coach, kettlebell specialist, who believes in “simple training that delivers real results.” I teach simple, powerful movements that build real-world strength kettlebells, barbells, and focused conditioning. My group classes are results-driven, technique-focused, and built around practical strength that carries over to real life and combat sports — but you don’t need to be a fighter to train this way. If you want straightforward, effective training without the fluff, you’re in the right place.
