Cyndi Kornegay

With over 30 years of experience in the greater Houston area, I’ve built a successful career as a real estate broker, specializing in listings and new construction. Having sold over 2,000 properties and ranking among the top 25 agents on HAR, I am dedicated to offering a personalized experience guided by my principle, "Real Estate Recreated." As a native Houstonian, I earned a full academic scholarship to the University of Houston, where I graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Psychology. For 22 years, I’ve been married to Brad Kornegay, an accomplished manager and construction consultant, and we have three children. I started my career with Coventry Homes in 1995, eventually becoming VP of Listing Services and Broker for Texas by 2013. In 2022, I reached $126M in sales, further establishing my reputation as a new construction specialist. My business thrives on client referrals, reflecting my commitment to a seamless home buying and selling process.
