The only thing I can say is if you are in Bali and diving with anyone else, you are missing out! Fresh Fins Diving had me excited to dive with them before I even arrived. Christie was so helpful during our chats while I was planning my trip that I knew I had nothing to worry about once I arrived in Amed. On day one, the driver picked me and my gear up at my resort and drove me to the shop. I was greeted so warmly by everyone I met, from the first day through the end of my trip. I had a fresh fruit juice within minutes of my arrival each day, didn't have to worry about snacks, drinks, or lunch even when we did two dives without returning to the shop in between, and I'm pretty sure I never touched my gear except to put it on a fresh tank. I had the same guide every day for my two weeks and I can't say enough about how amazing he (Wayan) was and how special he made my experience. And although I had one guide, I met and was in the water with several others and I can honestly say that I would dive with every single one of them. Fresh Fins Diving made my time in Bali, underwater and above, one of the most incredible and amazing experiences ever. I can only hope that I get to return one day soon. PS: if you want a shop that makes you feel safe and confident as a female diver, especially a solo one, Christie and her team are the perfect choice.

I was recommended Fresh Fins by another Dive Center for two fun dives of the USAT Liberty Wreck and I was absolutely floored! Every interaction I had from every member of the staff there was extremely positive. A dive center can outfit you with good equipment and plan a safe and enjoyable dive (which they did) but when it comes down to brass tacks it is the people that make your experience and fresh fins absolutely nailed it. We left the dive center very early for the Liberty to beat the crowds and by the end of the second dive it was very apparent why they do that. I believe they offer a truly unique and higher quality experience by doing this because we were able to enjoy the wreck without other big groups of divers. The included lunch was absolutely delicious at the end! I accidentally left some equipment there, and they were quick to go above and beyond, locate it, and respond back to me. I cannot recommend fresh fins enough if you plan on diving in the Amed area. Thank you to everyone at Fresh Fins who made an unforgettable experience for me!

Best dive center from the area. When you arrive in fresh fins, the first feeling you have is "I'm in good hands". The dive center is absolutely stunning, the amenities are very cleaned and equipemnt super well maintained. And then you have the staff... From management to local staff, everybody will make you feel welcome and pampered. The communication is clear, the diving staff is very professional. Don't hesitate a second, choose fresh fins, you won't regret it.

I had the best experience with Fresh Fins Diving. Highly recommend it to everyone. It is such a nice dive center with a chill but professional vibe. Everyone was lovely and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The gear is immaculate and in great condition, and the facilities are excellent. Christie was amazing and organised some dives for me through email. She was so helpful and offered advice and suggestions throughout the process. My guide Wayan was the absolute best and took great care of me. I wanted to see a pygmy seahorse, and he tried so hard to find one before we finally succeeded! He is a talented spotter and managed to point out many tiny creatures. The USAT Liberty is beautiful and such a versatile site. Thank you to everyone who I encountered, you made today a wonderful experience for me. I definitely need to come back and dive with Fresh Fins Diving again. I am still on the lookout for Shaun the Sheep!

First time diving with Fresh Fins back in November 2024, and I came back to do my Wreck and Deep 40 course this month. They’re like a family now! Everyone’s nothing but amazing! I’ll give more stars if i could! Many thanks to Christie, Marnus, Cedar, Nata, Matt for teaching me the Basic Wreck and Deep 40 courses, and Dom for guiding and hyping me up for my 3 fun dives esp my 100th! Love his contagious positive energy! And also the rest to the staff who make the dives as smooth as possible and the food as yummy as they can get! Can’t wait to be back and dive with you all again! x

Freshfins is the place to dive in Bali. I booked my husbands open water and a bubble course for my daughter. Booking was easy and straight forward and the focus really is on having the best time in the ocean - they have the best staff plus Marnus and Christie really make everyone feel welcome and safe. Matt and Julia especially gave my daughter the best experience on her bubble course, they balanced teaching her the important stuff to taking her in the ocean and seeing animals she spoke about really well. She is hooked on diving now!! Carry also has a brilliant teaching style, having helped me so much on a try dive last year to teaching my husband his open water course this year. We got to witness him balancing different knowledge levels and capabilities well to make sure everyone stayed on track. Freshfins is a seriously good outfit - professionalism, fun and most of all passion for the ocean runs through their veins!! We can’t wait to come back.
