Iro Kalomiri

I am a licensed Psychologist and Psychotherapist trained in evidence-based and behavioral approaches, with a focus on understanding and changing the patterns that keep people stuck. Therapy with me is not about endlessly revisiting the past. It is about identifying how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact in the present — and learning practical, structured ways to intervene in that cycle. My work emphasizes clarity, skill-building, and measurable change, while remaining deeply respectful of each person’s individual experience.
