What is a fruit-based marshmallow?

Mariko Marshmallow is not your traditional marshmallow – it is a delicate, fruit-based dessert inspired by the Eastern European dessert Zefir. Our marshmallows are made with real apples for a naturally light flavour and gentle aroma 🍏. Mariko Marshmallow is carefully handcrafted in small batches to ensure a soft, airy texture and exceptional freshness. Our marshmallow is naturally gluten-free and lactose-free, making it a light and elegant treat for any occasion.

What ingredients do you use?

We use thoughtfully selected ingredients to create a balanced and delicate flavour. Ingredients: Apple juice, sugar, water, egg whites (albumen), agar-agar, vanilla sugar, food colouring. • We do not use gelatin – instead, we use plant-based agar-agar. ❗Please note that our marshmallows contain egg white powder. ❗Allergen Note: Our marshmallows do not contain gluten-based ingredients. However, they are prepared in a shared commercial kitchen alongside other baked goods, so we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment.

How long do the marshmallows stay fresh?

For the best taste and texture, we recommend enjoying your marshmallows within up to 7 days. Storage guidelines: • Keep at room temperature • Store in a sealed container to prevent drying • Place in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight and humidity
