• Review event timeline and team responsibilities with the Marketing Director • Assist with organizing supplies • Arrive early on event-day to help with full setup (tables, signage, decor, etc.) • Stand at the parking lot entrance to greet and direct traffic: Politely inform guests that the lot is closed for the event and direct them to nearby parking; allow approved vendors through and guide them to their designated setup spot. • Help the Cow get into costume 20 minutes before the event start time

• Greet guests warmly and answer questions • Capture photos and Instagram story content • Check in with Marketing Director regularly for any needs during the event • Maintain energy, cleanliness, and a positive guest experience

• Help with cleanup and re-packing supplies • Double-check that nothing is left behind (signs, trash, materials) • Unload and organize items back at the store or storage location on following business day morning • Debrief with the Marketing Director—what went well, what could improve • Share any content captured (photos, video clips) via shared drive

Help brainstorm social media content (reels, posts, stories)

• Meet with Marketing Director to pitch ideas for reels, posts, stories, and more • Think about upcoming events, team member spotlights, holidays, new products, and community moments • Bring a fresh perspective and help identify what people want to see and engage with

Occasionally take over stories on-site during events

• The Marketing Director will give you temporary access to the store's social media pages, where you will be able to add real-time content during events to our Story. • Adding real-time updates during our event will give guests that weren't able to make it a glimpse of what it was like, so that hopefully they will want to come for our next one (using FOMO to our advantage).

Be available to create content (photos/reels) upon request

• Be intentional about good lighting, clean backgrounds, and smiling faces! • Follow the Chick-fil-A Brand guidelines (see file in the next link) to ensure we are staying consistent with the company policies.

Support branded consistency

• Ensure posts and content align with Chick-fil-A’s visual style and values • Avoid filters that distort food or team members unnaturally • Keep content friendly, family-focused, and professional while still fun
