Maya was essential in helping us to find our first home. She is kind and always available. Her expertise in the Niagara region was very helpful. She is both kind and professional. I highly recommend her as a realtor.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Maya as our realtor, and I couldn't be more grateful for everything she did for us. From the very beginning, Maya was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. She came well-prepared with an initial presentation that helped my wife and me understand the entire home-buying process. She guided us through what to expect, what to watch out for, and—most importantly—how to stay true to what we really wanted in a home. Maya provided insightful advice and thoughtful reflections throughout our journey. Her ability to help us brainstorm and clarify our priorities was invaluable. She was always present and responsive, offering her support every step of the way to ensure we stayed aligned with our goals. When it came time to make an offer, Maya truly went to bat for us. Thanks to her dedication and expertise, we were able to purchase an amazing home at a great price—something we are truly happy with. I sincerely thank Maya from the bottom of my heart.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Maya to buy our first home, and we couldn't be more grateful. From the very beginning, she was incredibly upfront, kind, and easy to talk to. No matter how many questions we had (and we had a lot!), Maya always made time for us — whether it was to chat or to show us yet another house. What really stood out was how quickly she got to know our taste. At some point, it felt like she could predict exactly what we’d like — and even what we wouldn’t. She never pushed us but always guided us with care and genuine insight. Maya also has a sharp eye for the market — she could often predict what a house would sell for, and she was spot-on every time. Thanks to her speed and instincts, we ended up seeing the home we bought on the very day it was listed — and it turned out to be perfect for us. Maya is not just smart and professional, she’s someone you feel happy to trust during one of the biggest decisions of your life. We’re so thankful for her help, and we couldn’t recommend her more highly.
