ちなみに、わり算は「片落とし」と呼ばれる方法で解説しています。

These are the most basic two-digit divided by one-digit problems!

2桁÷1桁のもっとも基礎的な問題のやり方 -Basic Method for Two-Digit ÷ One-Digit Division-

「48÷2」の例題をやってみましょう。

Let’s try an example: 48 ÷ 2.

そろばんの数「4」とわる数の「2」を見てください！

Look at the abacus number "4" and the divisor "2"!

指おさえしているところに「2」を置いてください。

Place the "2" where your finger is pointing.

そろばんの数「8」とわる数の「2」を見てください！

Look at the abacus number "8" and the divisor "2"!

8のなかに2は4ありますよね！なので、指おさえしているところに4を置いてください。

There are 4 twos in 8, right? So, place a 4 where your finger is pointing.

黒い点（定位点）が一の位を覚えている方は、答えは2400じゃないの？と思いますよね。さすが、するどいです。

If you remember that the black dot (place value marker) marks the ones place, you might think the answer is 2400. Sharp observation!

しかし、このそろばんのわり算のやり方では、一の位はシールの1までになります。

ちなみに、割る数が今回の問題のように÷2と一桁の場合はシールの1が答えの一の位になります。

同様に、割る数が二桁の場合はシールの2が答えの一の位。

割る数が三桁の場合はシールの3が答えの一の位です！

However, in this method of abacus division, the ones place goes only up to the sticker marked “1.”
By the way, when the divisor is a single-digit number like ÷2 in this problem, the sticker “1” marks the ones place in the answer.
Similarly, if the divisor is two digits, the sticker “2” marks the ones place,
and if the divisor is three digits, the sticker “3” marks the ones place in the answer!
