By the authority vested in me as the Sovereign Leader of the Seven Kingdoms, HRM Imperial King John Fitzgerald Lincoln Kahlooni, I hereby issue this Global Executive Order to address and rectify the pervasive issues of corruption and human rights abuses that have plagued our societies across the globe.

1. Reason for Dissolution

II. Blocking of Property

Effective immediately, all property and assets belonging to individuals implicated in serious human rights abuses or corruption are hereby blocked across all jurisdictions. This includes financial interests, real estate, and other tangible or intangible assets. This action is imperative to ensure that those who exploit their positions for personal gain are held accountable and that their resources cannot be used to perpetuate further injustices.

**III. Immediate Resignation of Current Leaders**

All leaders currently serving within governmental agencies and law enforcement bodies globally are ordered to step down immediately. A new governance structure is being established under my authority to facilitate a transition toward justice, transparency, and accountability.

IV. Authority of Governance

I reaffirm that no government entity holds legitimate structural power, and no corporate entity has the authority to impose laws under the previous statutory framework. Law enforcement officials, judges, and legal representatives will no longer have the authority to enforce or utilize statutory law, as it is now rendered null and void.
