【RTX5060ti】LTX2.3を使ってみた話①【ローカル動画＆音声同時生成】

はじめに

LTX-Videoは、SoraやGrokのような、音声付きの動画をローカル環境で利用できる動画生成AIモデルです。（本記事ではi2vしか扱いませんが、t2vやv2vにも対応のモデルです）

筆者は、最新LTX2.3が公開された時に即日飛びつきましたが、ComfyUIのデフォルトのワークフローを利用すると「人類には早すぎた」系の結果しか得られず、そのままにしていました。

※ ほとんどプロンプトの指示には従わず、動きがないスライドが殆どで、顔などの詳細は潰れてしまうという状態でした

そもそも16GB VRAMのRTX 5060tiでは要件を満たさないので、本来は動くだけでも大したものです。現実的な時間で試行錯誤するなら、小型モデルを利用する必要があります。

しかし、月日は過ぎ去り（１週間ほどですが）人類が追いついてきました。fp8・fp4版も整備されたので、再度挑戦する事にしました。

意外にも以前の手法が最も良かった

コミュニティーのワークフローをいくつか試してみましたが、どれも思ったような結果を得られません。（もちろん悪くはありませんが、LTX2よりも良い結果になりません）

しかし、以前のLTX2のバージョンのワークフローに、基本的に新しいモデルとパラメータを入れ替えただけのものが、意外にも最も良い結果を得られました。

An energetic, sunny day at a community vegetable concert. Three  Japanese idol girls, aged 18‑21, wear matching green‑and‑red layered dresses with ruffled sleeves. 
They stand on a wooden stage under a canopy, holding microphones in their right hands. The camera starts with a wide shot of the entire stage, showing the audience in the foreground and the backdrop banner that reads “Vegetable Concert.” The girls begin singing the lyrics "ワタシタチワ、ニホンゴノハツオンガ、ニガテナンデスー" in Japanese, their voices harmonizing. 
The camera then slowly dolly in to a medium close‑up of the center singer, whose voice fills the air with a clear, melodic tone.
As the line ends, the camera pulls back to a full frame, showing the entire stage and the audience clapping in rhythm. The lighting is golden hour, casting warm tones and soft shadows. The color palette is muted green and red, with subtle textures of fabric and wood. The sound is a mix of upbeat pop and folk, with the chorus repeating in the background.

動きの少ない簡単な動画なら、クラウド動画レベルの品質だと思います。
