AI画像生成が大好きで、AIを使って画像を生成することが趣味の星空モチと申します✨

突然ですが、明日はハロウィンですね🎃 街中がオレンジと黒に染まるこの季節、私はいつもダーク・アカデミアの世界観を思い出すんです。かぼちゃの代わりに古書を、キャンディの代わりにキャンドルを。そんなちょっと捻くれた(笑) 視点で楽しむハロウィンも、なかなか乙なものだと思いませんか？

ダーク・アカデミアって何？ 🦉


「ダーク・アカデミア」って言葉、最近よく聞きますよね。え？聞いたことない？実際何なの？って思ってる人も多いはず。

簡単に言うと、古典文学や学問への憧憬、ゴシック建築、秋冬の憂鬱な雰囲気が混ざり合った美学です🍂 ハリーポッターのホグワーツ図書館とか、オックスフォード大学の古い講堂とか、そういう「あぁ、ここで一生勉強していたい...」って思わせる空間の美しさ。

色で言えば、深緑、バーガンディ、黒、セピア。音で言えば、ページをめくる音、ペンが紙を走る音、暖炉の薪が弾ける音🔥

正直、実用的かって聞かれたら「全然！」って答えちゃうんですけど(笑)、でもこの非効率さ、この時代錯誤感が、逆に心を掴むんですよね。デジタル社会に疲れた私たちの、ささやかな逃避場所って感じ？


なぜAIでダーク・アカデミアの画像なのか 🎨


1. 完璧な世界を創れるから

現実の古書店って、確かに素敵なんですけど、完璧じゃないんですよね。照明が明るすぎたり、欲しい角度から写真が撮れなかったり📸 でもAIなら、私の頭の中にある理想のダーク・アカデミアを具現化できる。これ、めちゃくちゃ強い。

2. 何度でも挑戦できるから

実際に小道具を集めて撮影しようとしたら、お金も時間もかかりますよね💸 でもAIなら、納得いくまで何度でもトライできる。朝の3時に「やっぱりキャンドルの位置が気に入らない！」って思っても、パソコンの前でサクッと調整できちゃう(そして寝不足になる...笑)

3. 誰かの心に届くかもしれないから

これが一番大きいかも。私が創った画像を見て、誰かが「あぁ、こういう世界観好き」って思ってくれる。その瞬間のために、私は画像を生成してるんだと思います💫


私とダーク・アカデミア 🍷


ここからは、ちょっと長くなりますが、私とダーク・アカデミアの出会いについて語らせてください。読み飛ばしても全然OKです(笑)

思い返せば、中学2年生の秋でした🍁

当時の私は、正直言って学校が好きじゃなかった。いや、勉強は嫌いじゃなかったんです。むしろ本を読むのは好きだった。でも、クラスの空気とか、体育祭とか文化祭とか、そういう「みんなで盛り上がろう！」的なノリについていけなくて。

ある日の放課後、図書室に一人で残ってたんです📖 窓から差し込む夕日が、古い本棚を照らしてて。その時、偶然手に取ったのが、イギリスの寄宿学校を舞台にした古い小説でした。(タイトルは覚えてないんですけど、表紙が緑色の革装丁で、金箔の装飾があったのは覚えてる)

その本を読み始めた瞬間、何かが変わった気がしたんですよね。

物語の中の主人公たちは、石造りの寮で、暖炉の前でラテン語を勉強してた。夜中にこっそり図書館に忍び込んで、禁書を読んだ。月明かりの下で、詩を朗読し合った🌙

私が求めていたのは、これだったんだって気づいたんです。

「リア充」になりたいんじゃない。パーティーで騒ぎたいんじゃない。私が欲しかったのは、静かに、でも情熱的に、何かに没頭できる場所だったんです。

それから、私はダーク・アカデミア的なものに惹かれるようになりました。古本屋巡りを始めて、お小遣いを全部つぎ込んで古書を集めた💰 親には「また古臭い本買って...」って呆れられたけど(笑)

高校に入ってからは、放課後の誰もいない図書室が私の居場所になりました。司書の先生が、私が常連なのを知ってて、閉館時間を少しだけ過ぎても黙認してくれたんです。(今思えば、先生も同じタイプの人間だったのかもしれない)

でも、大学に入って、その「場所」を失ったんですよね。

大学の図書館は確かに大きいけど、どこか無機質で。高校の時みたいな、あの親密な空間じゃなかった📚 それに、みんな就活とか、サークルとか、そういうことで忙しそうで。私だけ、何か違う世界線にいるような気がしてた。

孤独でした。めちゃくちゃ孤独だった。

そんな時、AI画像生成に出会ったんです💡

最初は半信半疑でした。「AIが芸術を？」って思ってた。でも、試しに「古い図書館、暖炉、古書」ってプロンプトを入れてみたら...出てきた画像を見て、泣きそうになったんです😭

そこには、私が何年も探し続けていた「場所」があった。

誰にも理解されなくていい。誰かと共有しなくていい。ただ、私だけの、完璧な、ダーク・アカデミアの世界。

それから、私は夢中でAI画像生成を始めました。深夜2時、3時まで、パソコンに向かって、プロンプトを調整して、納得いくまで生成を繰り返して🖥️

家族には「また夜更かしして...」って心配されたけど、やめられなかった。だって、私はようやく「帰る場所」を見つけたんだから。

AI画像生成を始めて1年と5か月。今では、ほぼ毎日noteに作品を投稿するのが日課になりました📝

正直、最初は「誰も見てくれないかも」って思ってた。でも、少しずつ、「いいね」や「フォロー」をしてくれる人が現れて。コメントで「この世界観、すごく好きです」って言ってもらえて。

あぁ、私だけじゃなかったんだって。

同じように、この憂鬱で美しい世界に惹かれる人がいるんだって。

それが、私がAI画像生成を続ける理由です✨

使用AI: HiDream-I1 (ハイドリーム・アイワン) 🤖


今回の作品は、HiDream-I1という画像生成AIモデルで作りました！

2025年春にリリースされたオープンソースの画像生成モデルです。このモデルで生成した画像は商用利用が認められています✅

私はGPUグラフィックボードがRTX 4070 Ti SUPERでそのVRAMが16GBを搭載した自作パソコンを使ってAI画像を生成しています🖥️

(ちなみに、この自作PC、組み立てるのに5時間もかかりました...笑。でも、初めて起動した時の感動は忘れられない！💻)

今回はHiDream-I1の中でも「HiDream-I1-Full」というモデルを使いました。このモデル、細部の描写が本当に素晴らしくて、古書の質感とか、キャンドルの炎の揺らぎとか、めちゃくちゃリアルに出せるんです🕯️
