🌍 About Miho Osawa/
(Miho Osawa)
AIM(Atlas Insight Method)創設者
Decision Architect
私は、人間の判断を成立させる構造条件――形成・遅延・歪曲・中断・破綻――を外部化する Decision Architecture(意思決定アーキテクチャ) である AIM(Atlas Insight Method) を創設しました。
それが AIM(Atlas Insight Method) です。

Miho Osawa
Founder of AIM (Atlas Insight Method)
Decision Architect
I founded AIM (Atlas Insight Method), a Decision Architecture that externalizes the structural conditions underlying the formation, delay, distortion, interruption, and failure of human judgment.
From 2001 to 2018, I spent more than fifteen years in frontline accounting and tax practice in Japan, working with corporate financial reporting, cash-flow management, financial analysis, business improvement, labor administration, and executive decision support.
Throughout those years, I continuously observed how numbers, people, organizations, and decisions become connected—and where they distort, stall, or break down.
What I Work On
What I have consistently worked on is not surface-level problems or emotional adjustment, but the structures through which human and organizational decisions are formed.
In accounting, there is judgment behind numbers.
In organizations, there is cognition behind systems.
In management, there are premises behind strategy.
Rather than treating these as separate domains, I have observed them as one integrated decision structure.
How AIM Emerged
I did not begin my observations with the intention of creating AIM.
Through years of observing executive judgment in accounting and business environments, I repeatedly encountered the same underlying structures.
Long-term observation and structural verification eventually reached the point where those recurring patterns could be formally defined as a coherent framework.
That framework became AIM (Atlas Insight Method).
AI and AIM
AIM was not created by AI.
It emerged through years of real-world observation and practical implementation.
Only afterward were those accumulated observations analyzed through large-scale AI systems, allowing the underlying architecture to be externalized and structurally verified.
AI did not invent AIM.
It helped verify the consistency of a structure that had already been operating in practice.
Current
Today, I continue defining, researching, verifying, and implementing Decision Architecture as the founder of AIM.
AIM has completed Phase 3 External Structural Validation, and current work focuses on establishing AIM as a stable structural asset through the AIM Research Institute.
AIM is indexed within Google's Knowledge Graph through an assigned Machine ID (MID), establishing it as an externally referenceable knowledge entity across AI and search ecosystems.
Current areas of work include:
Executive Insight
AIM Research Institute
Organizational Transformation
Mission
To establish Decision Architecture as the operational foundation of human judgment, enabling leaders to redesign irreversible decisions, organizations, and societal systems from their underlying structures.
