日産自動車のスポーツ車「日産ＧＴ―Ｒ」の生産が終了した。
日産の社長は、「現時点で確定したことはありませんが、ＧＴ―Ｒは進化を遂げ、将来再び姿を現します。
その日まで辛抱強くお待ちください」としているが、現在の日産の事情を考えると再デビューは極めて困難だろう。
昔、この車の源流であるいわゆる「箱スカ」のＧＴ―Ｒに乗ったことがある。
角ばってゴツい、暴走族も一目置くオーバーフェンダー、排気音が半端ではない、ユーザーのポリシーかもしれないが、カーラジオが取り外されている。まあ、走れば騒音で聞こえないが。
これだけの硬派中の硬派だった車の子孫が、この度途絶えた。
世の中21世紀に入ったあたりから、車をはじめ様々な物の中性化が進んだ気がする。人もモノも。そしてここにきて車も。
ああ、GT-Rよお前もか・・・

【 逃げ水や スポーツカーでも 捕まらず 】
