☘️☘️☘️I made a quick dinner using what was in the fridge at my parents' house.

Daikon and tofu miso soup.

Shumai, tomato, and lettuce salad.

I had planned to make tamagoyaki (rolled omelet) with green onions, but I ended up cooking it in a frying pan with a weak Teflon coating (even though I had another frying pan, I wasn't careful), so I ended up with scrambled eggs.
