86.Dietrich Bonhoeffer（ディートリヒ・ボンヘッファー）20世紀、ドイツの神学者。ディートリヒ・ボンヘッファーは精神科医の息子として生れた。彼はプロテスタント主義に傾倒し、テュービンゲンとベルリンで学んで21歳で博士号を取得する。1年間の米国留学を経て、帰国後に彼はナチスに支配された国教会に反対する牧師の団体に入り、やがて、ジャーマン・レジスタンスに参加する。『倫理学』という著書で彼は、人生の最も重要な課題は責任ある人間になることであると述べている。それはイエス・キリストのように生きるということを意味していた。彼は自分の信念に基づいて、ヒットラー暗殺を企てるジャーマン・レジスタンスの上級幹部メンバーとなり、1943年にユダヤ人をスイスに逃がすための資金を扱ったとして逮捕され、1945年に絞首刑となった。

◎この人のことも全く知らなかった。ナチス下のドイツにもこういう人がいたんですね。39歳で亡くなった3週間後にヒトラーの自殺によりナチスの体制は崩壊している。獄中で残した多くの著作は、現代の教会と神学に大きな影響を与えているらしい。
