Ended up at GHQ. Of course I did.

Honestly, this law should be scrapped.
It’s soaked in resentment:

This is the biggest obstacle to agricultural reform.
Instead of burning ¥2.5 trillion every year,
rewrite the law. Cheaper. Faster. Obvious. 🤣

Most “ancestral land” was bought dirt-cheap after the war.
Unused land should go to people who actually want to farm.
