yesterday i had my last drive time. huzza. and i did a lot around the house. i cleaned like no other, chore after chore.

natasha and christina came over some time after 8 and picked me up and we went over to krista's house. almost everyone else was there already (krista, tomoko, colin, nikki, and michael). we were waiting on deborah. nikki only came to stop by to say hi to everyone, but she left afterwards. krista's house is completely empty. there's nothing in it anymore. she leaves next week saturday!

anyway, when deborah arrived, we all hopped into 2 cars and headed off to dallas. natasha drove the car i was in and we had christina and tomoko with us. we listened to the first half of the mix cd i made for colin:

we all moseyed inside good records for a while but i don't think anyone bought anything. melissa and shannon showed up and they said they might meet us in hookah a little later. so we all went over to get some pizza really quick and looked at some embarassing photos.

then we all walked over to the velvet hookah and went inside. it was really empty. we picked out the corner seat which was draped with curtains. we all got settled in and our waitress came and asked for IDs! she said it was 21+ starting that night. fucking blow. so we all got out of our seats and sat outside for a while. melissa and shannon showed up at that time. then natasha came outside and said, "we can have a hookah!" krista is so persuasive and used her blonde hair to the extreme. whatta pal!

we sat down at another table and we had a new waitress and she remembered me and natasha! it was so cute. we ordered a cherry coke and apricot hookah. soon after melissa and shannon left because shannon had to work early in the morning the next day.

we got our hookahs and just talked and talked. it really was a lot of fun. then me and natasha went across the street with christina to get some midol because her uterus was hurting. when we got back the hookahs were out. and we just sat there for a while longer and just talked. a belly dancer came and some drunk guy who had just gotten a horseshoe tattoo kept on talking to us. and he was making moves on the belly dancer and his wife was very stand-off-ish. christina kept on putting her finger in my nose and tried to make me eat my boogers.

we decided to get another hookah, sweet molasses. it took the longest time to get out. like half an hour. i went to sit down by michael. we finally got our hookah and we also ordered some hummus. both were very very good. one or two employees working there (not our waitress) came up to us and asked us if we were enjoying ourselves and that they were trying to change the only 21+ rule. they are so great.

before we left, me and christina broke it down on our own dancefloor near the entrace next to the dj. it was a lot of fun being silly. then we all left and a guy with a harmonica sang a song to us on the street and i gave him some change.

we listened to the second half of my mix cd on the way back. we all met up at krista's again (except christina, who went home from tasha's house because her sister was home alone) and chatted for a very short while. me and krista wanted to do something else, but everyone else wanted to go home. lame. so natasha just took me home. i got there around 2:30. then melissa and i watched a tape of last night's episode of last comic standing, then i went to sleep.

before tomoko leaves, she and i must go to hooters! and there will be a cd burning party maybe tonight, but i'm not sure. and some time before monday we are having our backyard/record/drink mixing party. and i will hit on michael then when wasted, thank you very much.
