so halloween night is over! it was so much fun. i hauled ass and took the greyhound right after school ended. i thought i didn't have my credit card with me, but the lady let me on. and later i found my credit card and my wallet phew. the ride was alright. i took 2 naps and read some of st. joan. i need to finish that and henry iv, part one by tomorrow i guess and write my paper on sunday. blah.
so i arrived and melissa was wearing this SO cute dress. then we went to target and then to the nelray residence. we chilled for a long time and i was trying to figure out my costume. then i had a sudden burst of inspiration to be richie from "the royal tenenbaums." so i put on melissa's short shorts and one of her tight tank tops and thankfully i had brought tube socks and we went to buffalo exchange and i got some rockin' blue shoes fo $12.50. melissa, neesha, and i also went to get sushi beforehand. then melissa, catherine, and i went to target to find a headband, but they were sold out so i got these awesome glasses. with a strap on the back. it was so rockin'. i looked more like kareem abdul-jabbar.
then we went back to the nelray place and chilled more. we had a pre-party dance/drink party. i got my first taste of smokey and miho. so cool! bossanova! i can hear a lot of sergio mendes and brasil '66 in their sound. just wonderful.
then me and melissa went to find bryan's place to hit up his party. it took a long time to get to his place (and we broke the car door in the parking lot). it was a fun party! lots of pictures and meeting new people. catherine, neesha, brea, and cassandra were at brett's and we were going to meet them up there but then they left to go to anther party. so we met them at that party but they were just leaving. so we decided to hit up one more party before the night was over and we walked there from the house and it was pretty dead, so we walked back. catherine went to watch a house and everyone else went to sleep. margaret cho is on tv on dvd and i'm not even watching.
so the night is over and i need to sleep soon! i'm taking nudes of catherine tomorrow! excitement! i will put them up here when they are ready. and also i'm meeting up with tomoko, laura, and bryan. lots of fun!!
p.s. pictures of tonight WILL come. hopefully sunday night if i'm not too busy writing my paper.
