Alpenhexe ~ Alp Witch My name is Rebekka- but, in the online world, most know me as Bekkathyst. I live in a small lakeside village in Austria with my husband and small daughter. I have the unique experience of growing up in both rural Southern California and the Austrian Alps. I believe that had a large impact and shaped who I am, and it certainly sparked the deep connection I feel to the natural world. While I might be primarily known on Tumblr for sharing my love of crystals and nature photography, this space here is where I'd love to share the wide scope of my passions! You will find posts about my culture and traditions, hiking, recipes, foraging, creative writing, crafts, and tutorials, as well as the knowledge I've gathered from running my crystal and jewelry business over the past decade. This is mainly a way to see everything I have to offer in one place, as well as a way another avenue to support the work I do.
