From Galas to Trade Shows, The New Way To Sort Your Seating Chart in Minutes!

Co-founder Alyssa has over 10 years of industry experience, and is constantly in touch with companies & event agencies planning galas, award dinners, and trade shows, taking real feedback to make the platform smarter and easier every time. Why waste weeks stressing over table assignments? There is no such thing as Final. With Please Find Your Seat, you save hours, avoid headaches, and get a better result every time. It’s like a shortcut for peace of mind, more time to enjoy the fun parts of planning and extra budget to spend on the things that really matter. Ready to lock in your seating plan in record time? Start today, your first 50 guests are completely free.

Sadly, planners often face endless stress when finalizing their seating plans. It is not their fault. Until now, there has been no easy way to manage it. Our platform was created to eliminate the chaos of table planning, helping businesses lock in seating plans quickly and without reprints. Planners can organize signage ahead of time, and can make unlimited updates to their guest list, as your event QR code never changes.
