Use Sentry's shared Starlight theme for the Craft documentation site, aligning its visual system and agent-facing Markdown support with other Sentry docs sites.

The docs build now emits static
.mdroutes for the documentation index and every content page. The 0.8.0 exporter preserves multiline fenced code blocks, and generated URLs continue to honor Craft'sDOCS_BASE_PATHfor GitHub Pages previews.Starlight compatibility
Upgrade Starlight to 0.39 and migrate the autogenerated Targets sidebar group to its current configuration shape.
