Meet Natasha

Natasha Mordas first earned her real estate license in 2015. Immediately after that, she began working for national new home builders such as Lennar, Woodside, Beazer, and KB, along with many local builders, hosting their communities and holding open houses for several years.

Buying a home—whether for personal use or as an investment—in California's Golden State Capitol, Sacramento, comes with clear economic advantages. People move here for jobs and more affordable housing compared to Southern California and the San Francisco Bay Area. Sacramento is also one of the fastest-growing regions in the United States.

The Golden Capitol sits in close proximity to some of the best of what California has to offer, including Lake Tahoe, Yosemite, the Big Trees, the San Francisco Bay Area, and the Pacific Ocean.

Natasha knows it takes a lot of time and effort to find the perfect home of your dreams, and she is passionate about being the person who can help guide clients through that process.

Originally from Ukraine, Natasha came to the USA in 2002 and fell in love with California—its people, its weather, and its diverse beauty.

When she's not helping people with real estate, Natasha enjoys hiking, biking, traveling, and making art. Her paintings are exhibited at Rancho Cordova City Hall every few months.
