Cowden Syndrome and the PTEN Hamartoma Tumor Syndrome: Systematic Review and Revised Diagnostic Criteria
Abstract: We propose revised, evidence-based criteria covering the spectrum of PTEN-related clinical disorders. Additional research on clinical features associated with PTEN mutations is warranted.
