7 Days without dairy and I'm doing ok. Trying not to care about missing milk and cheese, and finding substitutes.
Also vigilantly watching my sugar, fats & white flour products. All of this has enabled me to drop another 2 lbs.
I don't have a fat gut anymore! Well I do, but it doesn't stick out as much.
To celebrate, I bought myself a pair of Juicy Couture jeans (from the outlet, they were on sale) and they fit really nicely.
I know God was happy about me buying them because when I left the store, there was a beautiful rainbow in the sky. God's also happy about the diet, because when I left the health food store with Cat, there were more rainbows in the sky!
It was just a good weekend in general, even though I didn't get to sleep in because of the Ren Faire School Days rehearsal and the Religious Jubilee celebration I had to coordinate and attend for my job, but all of the nuns are so gracious and sweet, and the Bishop actually thanked me in his speech this year. Yay! On a side note, my nun boss doesn't know Rock, Paper, Scissors. I have to teach her on Monday.
