make a wish, Bexpie! [14 Apr 2004|12:14am] barely_bean [ mood | cold ] For bexless, Happy Birthday!!! Wish "Close your eyes and blow." "Where have I heard that before?" Ethan teases, and adds "Ow!" when Astrid smacks the back of his head. "Fine, fine." Clark laughs, low and honest, and it still makes Ethan pause. He licks his lips and contemplates a wish. "Wish for something you can *actually* have," Thomas says. Of everyone, Thomas knows him best. "What's the fun in that?" Ethan asks. Thomas shakes his head. Ethan closes his eyes and blows out the candles. When he opens them, Lex's arm is still around Clark. Next year, Ethan thinks, as he cuts the first slice. 8 more songs|requests

[28 Nov 2003|07:52am] slodwick [ mood | awake ] Jess told me to do it, and who am I to incure the wrath of Canada? Plus, it's been so quiet in here... I figure they must be on the road. ( Spectacles concert posterCollapse ) 4 more songs|requests

Late. So very late. [29 Aug 2003|04:01am] r1cepudding [ mood | accomplished ] Remember when tstar78 broke Clark and Lex up? And then pearl_o played good fairy and got them back together, and then turned evil stepmother and broke our hearts again? And then dammitcarl made it aaaaaaaall better? Well, my job was to tell the story of what actually happened on that fateful night when Lex was out of town and Clark, well. Clark was out with Ethan. Many, many kisses to my beloved tstar78 who pulled this story up by its bootstraps and turned it into something readable. And then she betaed it too. *g* So, now without further ado. randomness! [26 Jun 2003|04:51pm] pearl_o [ mood | pleased ] Dude, we all have embarrassing numbers of random pictures of the Spectacles cast on our computers. And they're pretty! I say to jess, "Man, Franny/Thomas really would be so hot!" And jess says, "Well, they all would." And I thought about this, and said, "Well, yes." And then I did this anyway. ( Franny/Thomas, manCollapse ) 7 more songs|requests

it's all my fault [25 Jun 2003|11:36pm] pearl_o [ mood | anxious ] See, back in May I promised tstar78 and dammitcarl that if they left me alone during my college finals, in June when I was home, I would be a porn writing fiend for them. Only, the thing is, they *called* me on it! And then I made Caro write me the first part of a long "break up-make up" fic we had been plotting in our heads ever since the Spectacles started. So I had to write the "get them back together" porn, or Part 2. ( jess and caro porn -- finallyCollapse ) And the hot potato passes to dammitcarl, for the thrilling conclusion! 16 more songs|requests

this is all erica's fault [23 Jun 2003|01:56am] barely_bean [ mood | cynical ] I told dammitcarl I'd write her something. Then, pearl_o went and changed the plan. She promised me porn if I wrote this. So, I caved. ( He loses the gameCollapse ) Your turn, Erica. 29 more songs|requests

Indie!Boy Clark Lookalike (Stalk! by proxy) [18 Jun 2003|11:15pm] liviapenn OK, so it's finals week, last class of the spring term, and I finally got a picture of Indie!Boy, who's this cute-ish guy in my History of Material Culture class. He's just so adorable the way he leans his head forward on his fist to watch the slides. Very Clarklike. I've been telling dammitcarl about him for weeks, 'cause to me, he looks like indie!Clark. Anyway, indie!boy wasn't really dressed very indie today, but hey, finals week-- you roll out of bed, you come to class, whatever. So, anyway, I waited around till after class and was like, "So, I'm doing this project in Flash mumble people style mumble canitakeyourpicture?" http://www.debchan.com/livia/indieboy.jpg http://www.debchan.com/livia/indieboy2.jpg The things I do for y'all. Yay Friday! [06 Jun 2003|01:48pm] barely_bean [ mood | hopeful ] A little drabble that was originally supposed to be just Clex for pun's birthday, but Ethan insisted on his appearance. Thanks to Signe for telling me it didn't suck. ( friday nightsCollapse ) 13 more songs|requests

Jess said post here too [28 May 2003|08:53pm] barely_bean [ mood | creative ] This was my entry for this week's wednesday100 challenge. It's set in Indie!verse so dammitcarl told me I had to post it here too. --------- He's Different The doctor stares at Lex while she patches Ethan up. Clark's not entirely surprised; they still get looks sometimes. Clark ignores her and holds Lex's hand while she stitches the cut on Ethan's shoulder. Later, as they're leaving, she approaches him. "Mr. Kent?" "Yes, Dr. Bryce?" "Is that Lex Luthor?" "Yeah. He's um… my boyfriend." "Oh." "Is there a problem?" "Nothing." She shakes her head. "Just…I'd met him once. He seems different." He nods. Sometimes, he gets that too. People who knew Lex before he went to Smallville. Clark's heard some stories. But he doesn't care. He knows this Lex. 5 more songs|requests

This is My Brain on Indieverse [05 May 2003|05:56pm] ranalore Tried sending this earlier, but lj freaked out and sent it to my lj instead. Let's see if it behaves this time. I am living proof that you can say you're working on something else all you want, but in the end, indieverse will get you. This one's for slodwick, who gives us tasty manips and who's had a rough couple of days. A teeny bit of Chastrid in a car. ( Orange is the ColourCollapse ) 4 more songs|requests

[05 May 2003|11:22pm] r1cepudding [ mood | accomplished ] Set immediately after this by the lovely pearl_o. You should prolly read that first, although it makes sense with out it, if you squint.
