Isaak Phillips (born September 28, 2001) is a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman. He currently plays for the Manitoba Moose of the American Hockey League (AHL). He has also played for the Chicago Blackhawks.

Before playing in the NHL, Phillips played two seasons with the Sudbury Wolves of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL).

He was drafted 141st overall by the Chicago Blackhawks in the 2020 NHL entry draft.[1] On March 31, 2021, Phillips signed a three-year entry-level contract to join the Blackhawks.[2] He was sent down to play for their AHL-affiliate Rockford IceHogs.

On October 28, 2021, the Blackhawks called him up and the next day, Phillips made his NHL debut in a 6–3 loss against the Carolina Hurricanes.[3][4] On December 31, 2022, he recorded his first NHL point, assisting on a Andreas Athanasiou goal in a 4–1 loss against the Columbus Blue Jackets.[5] On January 14, 2023, Phillips scored his first NHL goal against Martin Jones in a 8–5 loss against the Seattle Kraken.[6] On July 14, 2016, Phillips signed a one-year, $775,000 contract to stay with the Blackhawks.[7]

On January 15, 2025, the Blackhawks traded Phillips to the Winnipeg Jets in exchange for Dmitry Kuzmin.[8] On July 11, 2025, Phillips signed a one-year, $812,500 contract to stay with the Jets.[9]
