Jeep Compass
The Jeep Compass is an SUV produced by Jeep in 3 generations.
Generation

[change | change source]The first generation, was produced from 2006 to 2016, available with 2.0, 2.2, and 2.5 petrol and diesel engines. Its platform is also used for the Jeep Liberty, Dodge Caliber, and Mitsubishi ASX.

facelift
[change | change source]In 2011, the Compass received a facelift. With new suspension, interior, option packages, and a new design to resemble the Grand Cherokee.[1]

Second generation
[change | change source]The second generation, was produced from 2016 to 2026. It debuted in Brazil,[2] and the Los Angeles International Auto show, it replaced both the previous generation, and the Patriot. Its platform is also used for the Fiat 500X, Jeep Commander, Fiat Toro and the Ram Rampage, the second generation is produced in Italy, Mexico, Brazil, China, and India.[3]

Restyling 2020
[change | change source]In 2020, an update for the second generation Compass was launched wirh both aesthetical and internal updates.[4] In 2024, it became Jeep's entry level model in North America, after the Renegade was phased out.

Third generation
[change | change source]The third generation, was launched in 2025,[5] with a more squared design. It was designed in Italy,[6] and produced both in Italy and Canada.[7][8] It is available in petrol, mild hybrid, and plug-in hybrid versions, Its platform is also used for the Peugeot 3008, Peugeot 5008, Opel Grandland, and Citroën C5 Aircross.
