Just wanted to say a huge thank you!
You were all so friendly, funny, and welcoming from start to finish. You somehow managed to keep us entertained and feeling comfortable the whole time — from hanging out on the ground, to the ride up, the freefall, and getting us safely back down again.
The whole experience was honestly unreal, and a big part of that was how awesome the team was. You made what could've been a pretty nerve-wracking experience feel exciting and fun the entire way through.
