Go to the programmable block, power it down, and power it up again. This ISN'T a reboot because there is likely a message on the programmable block data saying what a problem could be.
Another way to say it : Its booting up but found a parameter it didn't like so it stopped booting up.

"Timespan does not accept..." may be a goofy number in the CustomData.
CustomData might have a typo.
LCDs are not tagged properly.

Automatic LCDs 2 might not work with MODDED LCDs. Make a copy of your game-save and remove the mod from the copied game. See if the program works then.

make sure you have the latest version?

This script is not a mod so it does not update by itself. You need to load new version of script to your programmable block to overwrite the old one. You do that in exactly the same way as when you first loaded the script into programmable block.
Open your programmable block, click Edit, click Browse Workshop, select Automatic LCDs 2, click OK, Check code, Remember & Exit. Done. Your script is now updated.

It has to be a conflict with another mod. Automatic LCD's 2 always takes a few seconds to boot up when you join the game, but if it's taking ages something must be causing a conflict - I'd try disabling other programmable blocks, then mods one by one until you find out which one. Most likely another mod/script that interacts with LCD's.
