Stellar Blade Wiki Guide - Everything About Stellar Blade
Stellar Blade Wiki Guide is a collection of guides and helpful information for Stellar Blade, a forthcoming title from an up-and-coming Korean studio known as SHIFT UP Corporation. This Wiki covers the game's Equipment, Mission Walkthroughs, Combat, Enemies, Bosses, Player Tips and Tricks, and more. Stellar Blade is labeled as a hack and action adventure with some RPG elements. However, it draws inspiration from a variety of different games and this can be seen in various aspects of the game. Players may find it difficult to grasp the game's mechanics this Wiki aims to bridge the gap to get any player up to speed and enjoy the game.
What is Stellar Blade?
Our Mother in Earth, our attempt to guard our Earth was to no avail...
Stellar Blade is a new third-person sci-fi action RPG game being developed by SHIFT UP and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. Stellar Blade is an amazing third-person action role-playing game that offers players a unique experience that combines elements from hack-and-slash favorites like Devil May Cry, and RPG favorites like Nier Automata, in an almost Souls-like environment. Players can use a combination of melee and range weapons and spells to defeat monstrous enemies. Players will find themselves relying on checkpoints for resting and replenishing supplies, as well as upgrading certain aspects of their character and gear, like in Soulslike games. Combat however is a lot faster than Soulslike games, leaning more towards action RPGs. The graphics and Skills system of the game make it so that you feel that each of your attacks is meaningful and impactful.
There are no classes to build with and no character customization, as you'll mostly be playing as the story's main character, EVE, the last surviving fighter in her airborne unit. However, the game's Skill tree system allows for deeper customization with what playstyle players would like to adopt. Skills are divided into different categories, each prioritizing a certain aspect of combat. Players will be using a specific resource to pick Skills and learn them, which means they'll be choosing some over others, depending on how they want to play their characters. The game features a vast semi-open world that players will journey through to fulfill EVE's mission. Taking inspiration from the recent God of War games, the develops have expressed their intention of wanting to let the player experience a humongous world without making the game completely open world. With this in mind, the game is packed with different environments, characters, and NPCs that will move the story along as well as immerse players in its gripping post-apocalyptic story. Stellar Blade will be launched for the PlayStation 5 exclusively.Stellar Blade Key Features

Stellar Blade unfolds in a post-apocalyptic Earth that's been turned into a desolate wasteland. Once bustling hubs of civilization and progress, the cities of the planet now lie in ruins - shadows of their former selves. In the not-too-distant future, the planet becomes overrun by alien invaders known as the Naytiba. These extraterrestrials force the majority of humanity to flee Earth and now live in colonies throughout outer space.
We are tasked with playing as the main protagonist EVE 7, also known as EVE, a soldier of the EVE Defense Force. As a member of the Elite Squad of Airborne Units, her mission and only purpose for being created is to reclaim the planet from the clutches of the Naytiba by defeating the Elder Naytiba, the lynchpins of the alien occupation, as well as by quelling the rampant malfunctioning machines left behind by humanity that scour the wasteland and ruins. As the sole survivor of her unit, EVE meets various companions who help her with this mission. Lily is a surviving member of another Airborne Unit who serves as an engineer who can upgrade Eve's equipment. Adam is an Earth-born human who ends up helping EVE when her squad gets wiped out by a formidable Naytiba. He guides her through his drone while EVE helps him with various tasks.
With Lily and Adam's help, you will navigate your way through the different reaches of the desolate planet to hunt down the Alpha Naytiba and eventually slay your way to their leaders, the Elder Naytiba. Driven by convictions of both revenge and saving humankind, EVE must also make sense of her own growth and the changes she experiences herself throughout her journey.
Xion in Stellar Blade
Your travels eventually lead you to Xion the last bastion of mankind on Earth. The city of Xion is a reminder of everything that was lost to the Naytiba, standing in contrast to the surrounding desolate desert wasteland and providing a safe haven for the remnants of human society. The city will likely be a central hub for the game where EVE meets other human survivors that she can interact with and learn from. These survivors of Earth are understandably skeptical and treat you with both awe and fear. Most of them appear to be bodies that are heavily cybernetically modified, no doubt by necessity rather than choice. They are extremely cautious of EVE at first. However, it's been made clear that this changes as you progress the game and gain their respect and trust through various activities in the city and completing their different requests.Different Themes in Stellar Blade Lore
Another thing to notice and expect with the game's story is the journey that EVE will undergo, not just physically as you slay through hordes of Naytiba to get to their leaders, but also mentally and internally. So far we've been kept in the dark with regard to EVE's origins - was she conceived naturally and then trained to become an elite warrior, or are the Airborne Units genetically engineered or biotechnologically created? Regardless, as these come to life, and as inspired by similar games such as Nier Automata, we can expect to experience an internal journey for EVE as well.Stellar Blade also seems to touch upon and allude to the theme of Christianity. The most obvious sign of this is her name, as well as Adam's name alluding to the creation story. Another profound example we can see so far is the Naytiba which looks somewhat like a biblically accurate angel who can be seen hovering over one of the space colonies in the first trailer. Xion, the final city of mankind on Earth of course sounds like the holy city of Zion in the Bible. As more mysteries are unraveled in the game, we can look forward to seeing how everything works together.
Stellar Blade Gameplay Mechanics
Stellar Blade Combat
Combat in Stellar Blade is an extremely enjoyable and rewarding experience. You fight with EVE's sword and hack your way through your Enemies in a fast-paced action-driven combat system. The game incorporates mechanics like having to parry or dodge at the perfect time in order to reap benefits like executing strong attacks afterward with the window you've created. At some point, stronger Enemies will momentarily glow yellow before unleashing an unblockable attack which you'll have to study and dodge appropriately. You will also eventually be able to use Adam's drone as different kinds of gu for which you can stock up on different kinds of ammo. For this, the game utilizes a third-person shooter aiming system for a satisfying experience. As you hit your Enemies, you build up Beta Energy which can be seen on top of your HP bar. Once you fill-up the requisite amount for a Beta Skill, you'll be able to unleash it to deal lots of damage to your opponent.Stellar Blade Bosses
The game's Enemies consist of Naytiba, rogue machinery, and other creatures mutated by the planet's desolate environment. The Naytiba were created by the developers by first handcrafting them from clay before scanning and rendering them in 3D models for the games. The Alpha Naytiba will be EVE's target in every location she visits.Stellar Blade presents rewarding boss fights with large formidable Enemies. Players can challenge themselves by studying and learning the Bosses' move sets and acting accordingly to ultimately get the upper hand and slay them.
Stellar Blade Camps and Supply Camps
Similar to other Souls-like games, there will be checkpoints in the game called Camps and Supply Camps. EVE can replenish her health and replenish her Rechargeable Tumbler in these Camps. Camps are also where EVE can learn new Skills through a specific machine. The machine's virtual features will also allow you to train and practice any Skills you've learned freely.Supply Camps are better versions of Camps that have two additional features: the Repair Console and teleportation to other Camps. Players can use the Repair Console to upgrade EVE's Rechargeable Tumblerand weapon, unlock more Gear Slots, and craft Equipment. Resting at Camps will respawn all the Naytiba in the area, so you'll have to be strategic about using them.
Stellar Blade Character Progression
In terms of Character Progression, the game features a system that's a bit more reminiscent of Soulslike games in the sense that it's not a straightforward level-up system as most hack-and-slash ARPGs would present. Instead, EVE will have different avenues for upgrades for different aspects of her Stats.Stellar Blade Skills and Skill Tree
As aforementioned, attacking Enemies builds up Beta Energy which you can then use to unleash Beta Skills. There is a great variety of Skills in the game, and they will directly influence your play style and how you want EVE to feel whenever you're in combat. Learning new skills will consume SP points. An SP point is gained every time you get the SP bar on the top right corner of the screen to 100%. That percentage increases every time you kill Enemies, and after doing certain things while out and about and exploring. There are three categories of Skills that you can choose from - Beta Skill, Attack, and Survival. The Beta Skill category has you learn actual activated Beta Skills that unleash strong attacks in combat. The Attack category has to do with EVE's basic attacks and combos. Last, but definitely not the least, Survival governs EVE's dodging and blocking abilities. This includes actions you can take after doing perfect dodges or perfect parries, like dealing a strong attack during the window you've created for yourself. Choosing where to spend your hard-earned SP points will be instrumental to choosing how you want to play EVE during combat.Stellar Blade Equipment
EVE will have customizable Equipment that will further progress her Stats and help you get through the game. Gear functions like Accessories in other RPG games, giving EVE additional passive Stat bonuses when they're equipped. You'll be able to unlock more Gear Slots with a certain resource as you go through the game.EVE's weapon will not change for most of the game, but can also be improved and be given additional attack power. You will also have a Rechargeable Tumbler that functions just like the healing sources that players have in other Souls-like games. You can use it for a limited number of times until you have to rest at a Camp and replenish it.
Stellar Blade Costumes
Stellar Blade presents an astonishing array of cosmetics that you can customize EVE's looks with. Her Exterior consists of her Suits, Earrings, and Face Decorations. Face Decorations will consist mostly of glasses and other facial implements. Her Suits completely change her entire look, into a wide range of both casual and otherworldly glamour.EVE's Companions, Adam and Lily, will also have their own cosmetic customization limited to Suits, which change their entire look. The drone will also have skins that can customize its appearance. Cosmetics are solely for appearances and don't change any of EVE's Stats.
