Origin of the name Angels of Light?
Has Gira ever stated where he aquired this name? I ask because I was followed by a guy in Waco who wanted me to join his band named Angels of Light. I know, of course, that it wasn't Gira. I still have his card and the name is Rev. David Koresh.
BTW, the new interview in TapeOp with Gira is great. Grab it if you can. Probably the most shocking thing he says is that he 'threw out boxes of samples' after he was done with the Body Lovers. Agghh. He could have given them to me for safe keeping.
