At the end of the day, what the President declassifies is declassified indeed.

This was always a matter for the Supreme Court to rule on the authority of the President to declassify those documents, which will obviously come out in Trump's favor.

With this raid, and especially if they decide to try to prosecute Trump using those documents, or even simply call a grand jury, it not only should be a matter for the Supreme Court, it now FORCES it to go to the Supreme Court.

This can only serve to expedite things.

This is a matter of constitutional authority. There's no other way to settle it.

One way or another those documents are coming out.

Nothing can stop what is coming.

Time to expose the crimes against humanity…

Remember, the FISA regulations for obtaining a warrant called for every single material claim made in the warrant to be backed up by solid evidence placed in what's called "the Woods File".

The FISA warrant on Carter Page that was granted to the FBI on October of 2016 based on [checks card] completely made up bullshit in the Steele Dossier which had come to the FBI straight from goons in the employ of the Hillary Clinton campaign had a Woods File.

And dozens of the supposed 'material facts' in the Page warrant had no corroborating evidence in the Woods File.

Which DOJ Inspector General revealed to the world when he published his FISA Abuse Report back in December of 2019.

So when you hear all these talking heads insisting to you that there 'must' be 'compelling' evidence of 'some type of crime' committed by Donald Trump to cause the execution of this search warrant at Mar-A-Lago yesterday, realize all these people are talking out of their ass.

They don't know shit.

They're guessing.

And the FBI and DOJ no longer deserve any benefit of the doubt.
