'Court documents allege that Cox “created unauthorized off-the-books bank accounts and diverted client and company money into those accounts through false representations, pretenses and promises.”

From 2013 to 2018, he is alleged to have received over $1.7 million in diverted payments from clients, investments and company loans.

Cox is also alleged to have “perpetrated a scheme to fund and reimburse family members and associates for donations to his campaign” while he was a House candidate in the 2018 election. He “arranged for over $25,000 in illegal straw or conduit donations to his campaign in 2017,” the Justice Department says.

Cox obtained a $1.5 million construction loan to develop Granite Park in Fresno by falsely claiming one of the companies affiliated with him could guarantee the loan. That resulted in the loan’s going into default, which caused “a loss of more than $1.28 million.”

The Justice Department also alleged that he received mortgage loan funds by submitting false representations to the lender, including fake bank statements and false claims that he intended to live in the property as his primary residence. He is alleged to actually have bought the property to rent it to someone else.'

Yesterday, Rand Paul posted that he WILL get to the bottom of Covid once they gain a majority. 
This is exactly why Fauci is resigning, in my opinion. 
Omicron destroyed their original plans.
The CDC seems to be waving the white flag on plandemic. 
They clearly do not have the kind of disease needed to push their agenda forward. 
Monkeypox is a dud. 
To me, this is winning. 
Fauci sees the writing on the wall. Republicans will control congress after the midterms and he's preparing to defend himself from a Rand Paul lead onslaught. 
Our enemies appear to be losing momentum.

Dr. Fauci operated in the shadows for most of his 38 years as the Director of NIAID. But once COVID was released, President Trump put him front and center for the whole world to see just how corrupt he & our infectious disease institutions were.

We experienced firsthand that the taxpayer-funded institutions that were supposed to be protecting the public, are in fact actively working to harm us via bioweapons & dangerous vaccinations.

Viva & Barnes - North Carolina is in a Constitutional Crisis

Viva Frei and Robert Barnes talking about the North Carolina state supreme court setting aside amendments to the state constitution in an unprecedented and lawless action.

The amendments put in place Voter ID requirements and tax caps. Four liberal Democrat justices claimed certain state legislators were elected as a result of "gerrymandering" and invalidated the amendments that were passed by 3/5 of the state legislature and overwhelmingly approved by the voters of the state.

It is not clear federal courts can step in to remedy since it is a state constitutional issue. The state is now in a constitutional crisis with local officials now having to decide whether to follow the state constitution passed by the legislature or abide by the ruling of the court.
