Jade Curtiss.
Here's a link to my Jade Curtiss costume on cosplaylab.com. It's still unfinished, but it's what I had to do to work with for ACen '07. I want to remake the costume (and line the jacket), make better gloves (with the yellow stripe on them) and better bootcovers. I also have to find a slightly larger belt and figure out a way to use the belt, with the pacman beltbuckle on it.

But I was so pressed for time, I couldn't finish it completely. Also, I need to pick up a pair of cheap reading glasses for his costume. I completely forgot that my glasses turn into sunglasses in the sun. That's why they're not on in the picture.
