Sandhya is a Silicon Valley veteran operator and investor who has been building with and investing in AI since 2011.
She sold her first company to Cisco for $1.5bn, and was VP of Product at Skype when it was acquired by Microsoft for $8.5bn. She was a GP at Social Capital and Khosla Ventures and led the first investment into Groq, recently acquired by Nvidia for ~$20 billion. Other notable investments include FirefliesAI (Unicorn status), ForethoughtAI (acquired by Zendesk), GalileoAI (acquired by Google), and Codegen (acquired by ClickUp).
Sandhya currently runs Axiom, an early-stage venture firm that brings together the best AI practitioners in-market today to invest in founders using AI to change the world tomorrow. She believes in AI for the Real World, and backs visionaries that are building insanely useful and usable products for 8 billion people around the world, not just the elite 80 million.
Sandhya holds an A.B. with Honors from Harvard University and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
