Pattaya – The Nong Prue Municipal Kindergarten School futsal teams delivered strong performances in the “PATTAYA FUTSAL 2026” tournament at Pattaya City School 7 Futsal Arena.
In the Girls U16 category, the Nong Prue girls’ U14 team secured a crucial second consecutive victory, defeating “Teacher Top’s Team” 4-2. The match started with the opponents taking a quick 2-0 lead, but Nong Prue fought back strongly to level the score at 2-2 by halftime. In the second half, the girls displayed superior attacking play and clinical finishing, pulling away to win 4-2. The result virtually guarantees their place in the semifinals.
Meanwhile, the Nong Prue boys’ team caused a major upset in the Boys U18 category by defeating the defending champions, “Dek Pa × BALLA”, 2-1. The victory keeps the young squad firmly in contention for a spot in the quarter-finals.
Both teams are fielding younger players as part of their preparation for the upcoming Eastern Region Local Administrative Organization Student Sports Competition, scheduled to take place in Samut Prakan around October 2026.
– The girls’ team consists of students aged 11–14.
– The boys’ team consists of students aged 13–15.
The dual performances show the promising talent emerging from Nong Prue Municipality’s school sports program and their serious preparations for regional competition later this year.
