Pattaya– The Pattaya City Youth Sepak Takraw Competition for Fiscal Year 2026 wrapped up with a grand closing ceremony on Friday, as local authorities awarded trophies and incentives to standout schools in a bid to nurture young athletic talent and prepare representatives for national-level events.
The awards presentation and closing ceremony took place at 3:00 p.m. on July 10th, 2026, at the Physical Education Building of Pattaya City School 7 (Ban Nong Phang Kae). Ms. Boonyam Lekcharoen, Director of the Education, Religion and Culture Promotion Division, led the event. Joining her were Dr. Suree Wanna, Director of Pattaya City School 3 (Wat Sawang Fah Phruektharam), along with teachers, coaches, athletes, parents, and relevant officials.
The three-day competition, held from July 8 to 10, 2026, was organized by the Pattaya City Education Office. It featured intense matches across six age-group categories for both boys’ and girls’ teams: Under-12, Under-14, and Under-16. Schools under the Pattaya City administration participated enthusiastically, turning the event into a showcase of local youth sporting talent.
