Service update: This morning we became aware of an issue where we stopped charging creators transaction fees on December 26, 2020. This applied to projects, tips, and digital downloads. Monthly support fees were charged correctly.
We will *not* retroactively charge any fees.
SERVICE DISRUPTION: We're aware of disruptions to Cloudflare causing unavailability of Commiss.io and many other web services.
We'll continue to monitor the situation and work towards a resolution as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
This issue has been resolved. Service availability is extremely important to our creators and something we take extremely seriously. We'll investigate this issue further to see how we can lessen the impact of service issues when Stripe is unavailable.
