I finally started Instagram ( instagram.com/kotosaka.dphil/ ) and found younger people post there and not here... Mostly for DM and browsing others posting, but occasionally I will post.
Most of the visitors don't know us. And, my role is like a sales agent selling unproven & unknown new products to the consumers who are going toward strongly much more established & recognised alternatives. This is the reality, and select others from Japan now try to change this.
Until recently, working with AI meant building skills/workflows, setting boundaries for how it should operate. Increasingly, it feels more like working with an autonomous colleague—through dialogue, iteration, and trust. Much like my consulting days. Exciting, and a little scary.
