My grandmother is nearing her physical end

I'm going to see Grandma this weekend.  We know she's dying and that it's just a matter of time.  Maybe weeks, maybe years.  The doctor has recomended hospice.  I am thinking that when you near the end your family that has crossed over gathers around you.  My Mom, Grandma's daughter, passed away in 2001.  It's possible she's come to help Grandma make the transition.  When I go this weekend I'll be taking my digital recorder with me and will record my conversations with Grandma.  I'm hoping to capture some EVP's around her.  It would be so cool to hear a spirit talking to my grandmother!
