Inactive? HA!
So... I've been told by a couple of people that this community is fairly inactive... so, seeings how I'm new... I shall keep you busy by posting on it a couple of times for the next couple of days.
Also, don't forget, feel free to add me!!!
Ok, so.... one career possibility that I've looked into for a couple of years is this; (please note, a more clear post about this is on my blog. Check it out).
To Work In Wolf and Bear Conservation In Canada
First, Salford university, and I would study for a BSc in Wildlife & Practical Conservation. I would do the 4 year course instead of the 3 year course, because then I could spend a year working somewhere without paying tuition fees (blatantly, I'd go somewhere like a wolf sanctuary in Canada!!!!!).
Then I'd continue to study for my MSc in Wildlife Ecology at Salford.
Eventually, after gaining my citizenship to Canada (which is surprisingly easy), I'd find a job in conservation while gaining my PhD. I've always wanted a PhD. It would likely be more to do with geography/environment. Perhaps;-
Natural Resources and Environmental Studies PhD at the University of Northern British Columbia, or
Environment and Sustainability at the University of Saskatchewan.
So yes, this post is to do with wolves and with education. =)
