i spilled some water on one of my speakers.  it wasn't too bad.  i mopped it up. 

ok... so they started making funny noises, both of them even though only the working one got spilled on and the other one hasn't been working in months.

so i turned them off.

they won't turn off!!!  they're HAUNTED.  the little blue light on them flickers low and they keep making noises.  what do i do?  will i get electrocuted if i tamper with them too much more?  it tried turning them on and off again to no avail.  HAUNTED!!!!!

edit: so... i unplugged the power 'cause it was getting way too scary loud for me to sleep *which i plan on doing in a few minutes here*

okay.  so then it's two am and a friend wants to stop by. cool... i was just going to cry myself to sleep anyway.  i decide i CANNOT live without musics.  it was bad enough already that only one speaker worked


i plugged in the speakers.  they did their "BSHSHSHSKKKKKSsssssssSSSKKKSKSSsss" sort of thing and i thought, well.. maybe alls i need is to play some music

side note: spell check says alls is a word.  interesting.


so i played the music, it kept playing when i turned the speakers off.

but now.  works just fine.  well the one speaker does.  alls it needed was some musics moving through the sweet speakers.

i've been looking for work.  i'm so broke.  i'd be starving if it weren't for food stamps.  i'm not really sure how i'm going to pay my bills.

i'm a little worried, yeah.  but you can only do the best you can.  there's not much more that i can do other than apply for work, because welfare or "temporary assistance for needy families" is a fucking joke.  i tried to get some of that temporary assistance last summer and they told me that i would have to go to their "job training" thirty hours a week and find daycare for my daughter (and pay for it... they would pay some small part) and THEN they would give me 400 bucks a month which basically doesn't pay for anything except maybe the daycare.  hahhaaa, thanks... yeah that sure would be a lot of help *scrunches face disapprovingly*

i'd like to sell some prints of my artwork at all of the many places and times that there is available to do that in portland but i can't even afford the initial investment.  shit i'd like to sell the originals, most of them need either frames or some simple prepping that would take just a few minutes to be ready to mount.  anyone want to buy a painting?  how about a portrait?  i could draw or paint portraits from pictures or from live peoples?  maybe i should do that.  just go to those places where i could sell my prints if i could afford to make them and then offer to do portraits?

today i am going to clean my apartment.

i can't sleep.  it has become a recurring thing.  it's getting worse and worse.  i went to bed at two thirty am.  between then and ten minutes ago i woke up at least three times :(

a long hiatus.  i know.

i moved again.  nova and i have our own apartment :D  i have intARwebs at HOME.  wowee.  dunno if this will mean that i will actually blog anything, nevermind anything substantial as in, say, more than three sentences, but here i am

school is going well.  i'm an honor student, president's list and all.  been really busy.  nova starts school in the fall time.
